69bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Agreement by Use

By accessing the 69bd website at 69bd.asia, creating a player account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the 69bd platform regardless of how they access it — via mobile browser, desktop browser or any other technology. Use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Platform Availability

69bd reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the platform or any part of it at any time without prior notice, including for scheduled maintenance, technical updates, regulatory requirements or any other reason 69bd deems appropriate. 69bd makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption, and will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability.

Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use the 69bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 69bd strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 21 and will verify age at registration and periodically thereafter.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or trustee for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant or family member of any such person associated with 69bd or any of its affiliated companies, partners or suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that covers the 69bd platform or online gambling generally.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account with 69bd at any time. Opening more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts and a permanent ban from the platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, you must notify 69bd immediately at [email protected].

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 69bd account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your password with any other person, allow any other person to access your account or use any automated tool or bot to interact with the platform. Identity Verification (KYC)

69bd is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked at any time to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, address and the source of funds used to deposit. Accepted documents include a valid National ID card, passport or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 69bd may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent account closure. Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. 69bd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 69bd accepts no responsibility. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name; third-party payments are not permitted.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any day are processed the same day. Requests submitted after 20:00 BST are processed on the next business day. 69bd targets same-day payouts for all verified accounts, with most withdrawals reaching the player's mobile wallet within one hour during BST business hours. 69bd reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending KYC verification, fraud checks or other due-diligence requirements.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, wagers, bonuses and payouts are denominated and processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 69bd does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. If your payment provider performs a currency conversion before or after processing a transaction with 69bd, the resulting exchange rate and any associated costs are entirely your responsibility. 69bd accepts no liability for losses arising from currency fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by 69bd — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers — are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, per device and per IP address. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture.
• 69bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited to your account. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire are forfeited automatically.
